About our projects
The projects reflect who we are and what we stand for. They are everchanging, filled with short and long term goals.
Mostly based in Woking, Surrey and the South East of England, however some causes are national that will change the way this country will be run.
Surrey is having a reorganisation with the Labour governments white paper. With the last few years historical wins for the Liberal Democrats, it is important we continue to support them, keep the conservatives out and leave ReformUK out of the question.

In Woking, and Surrey, the road conditions are poor on most roads. Either due to previous poor work done, or a long time overdue of a repavement. Largely due to the lack of money that the councils have, this doesn't mean that the general public have to directly suffer from their mismanagment of finances.

The National Secular Society (NSS) is defending a man named Hamit Coskun, who was found guilty of religiously aggravated public order offence, from burning a Quran outside the Turkish Consulate. His actions, while provocative, was peaceful. He was assaulted by two men, one armed with a knife.
Why should his peaceful actions land him with a guilty conviction. If one person can't express his opinions about a religion peacefully, then none of us can.

in 2024, Will Forster was elected as Woking's first LibDem MP, after a local election win also, completely wiping out the Conservatives from Woking Borough Council. With the likelyhood that the next General Election will be in 2029, it's never too early to support Will Forster, the Liberal Democrats for those elections.

Woking has two waterways, the basingstoke canal and hoe stream. Hoe stream in 2024 flooded 14 times, in 2014 it was 7. That's a 100% increase in 10 years! What makes it worse is that it runs in between two residential estatesm one who's majority residence are vulnerable people. This is an issue that Woking Borough Council has briefly touched on but hasn't set a solid plan on adressing.

The environment is what we need to survive. A green and prosperous environment leads to a prosperous society. Preventing, to the extent we can, the excessive global warming and production of greenhouse gasses is one of my top priorities. That is why I support my local Green non-profit organisation, WEAct.
